    UHD Converter After upgrade firmware of intel hd630 graphic card, uhd conversion failed

    Hi, I have a MKV video file containing DOLBY VISION with around 55gb in size, DVD Fab refused and aborted the UHD conversion totally after I have upgraded my Intel HD630 graphic card to the latest version bearing version No. 27.20.100.8190 dated 5/5/2020 and prior to that I have been using the outdated firmware version way back in the year 2016 and with the older version firmware, DVDfab will convert the UHD Video in HDR mode correctly but the output for DOLBY VISION mode will either have correct output colour for some MKV file or in BLACK AND WHITE COLOUR for some other MKV files. Can anyone tell me what is the problem after the upgrade of the graphic card and why some conversion of MKV file in DOLBY VISION mode is in black and white colour? According to the Intel website, the latest firmware for this graphic card support DOLBY VISION for this graphic card and latest version also support the AI Enlarger mode. I have been using this software to convert MKV UHD file to UHD Bluray format to play on a UHD Bluray player. Thank you for your reply! .

    All posts regarding UHD content should go in that forum, I will move your thread. Note that converting downloaded files may be problematic due to unknown authoring, which makes reproducing the problem difficult or impossible. The developers will need to check it. You may wish to revert to the older driver temporarily.
