I have lots of storage but in some cases want to rip down to 1080p since most of our devices are not 4K ready yet. but the only options I seem to have involve forced compression, which I kinda avoid generally to have the nicest video.

Every single 4K disk I've bought came with a regular HD bluray copy of the film as well, why not rip that?
