UHD Copy Issue with Blu-ray to UHD copy and Enlarger AI

Trying to upconvert my 1080 blu-ray discs to 4k using the Blu-ray to UHD copy program to create a BDMV or ISO file in DVDFab 12.0.1.8. If I create a BDMV file that file will not load into my blu-ray disc player. If I create an ISO file the file will load as a 4k file in back into DVDFab but I get a "failed" message when trying to convert that file to a BDMV executable file or an MKV passthrough file..

Also tried to convert my 1080 blu-ray disc to a MKV file using Enlarger AI but the process fails every time I try.

Please attach the DVDFab internal log session from both of these problems.

Thanks for your support. Please see the attached logs. One of the logs are of the AI failure. The other is from the Bluray to UHD conversion that seems to convert successfully and I get a "successful completion" message and a ISO file that I can reload into DVDFab. The reloaded file is detected as by DVDFab as a 4K ISO file. But the ISO file produces a "failed" message in DVDFab if I try to convert it to a MKV file or BDMV folder.

Also, the movie I'm trying to convert from 1080p to UHD is 44GB is size. The converted blu-ray to UHD ISO file is 9GB is size.

Signals, were you able to look at the log files I posted?

I have passed your log files to the developer in charge.
