Vidon Support??

So I guess it's ok to sell the thing but since it comes with a "manual" you feel no reason to support it????? While I think you have great software I doubt I will ever purchase any physical products again.....

You have misconstrued what I said. There will be online support for it, whether it is in this forum or a different one is yet to be determined. The user manual should be enough to get you started.

OK.... sorry for getting angry but I am sick of companies thinking that all they have to do is shove some product on the market and then adopting a "your on your own attitude"......

This has never been the case for Fengtao's products. Even though someone else makes this, it licenses DVDFab technology so it will have a local support component. Just don't know yet exactly how it will be put together. For the time being, you can always start a thread for it in this forum and ask for help.

My vidonme came the other day and I fanially found time to mess with it last night, It found my wireless router and I went to SETTINGS and put in the security code and it saved it. But when I try to access anything on the internet it tells me it can't access the internet and to check my connection. But in SETTINGS it says I'm connected.

Suggestions?
