    playback issues

    Hi

    my minipc turned up today however I have a few issues

    1) when trying to play back a dvd iso it crashes and says check log files I am unable to play any iso back

    2) when playing a bluray folder back it stutters badly and then stops playing?

    any ideas

    Please post the HS_Internal log.

    Are you playing these back over a network?

        Try the files locally on a USB drive.

          ill give them a go, i have even tried a usb to ethernet adaptor

          any idea where i can find the log file?

            I thought you were using DVDFab Media Player, sorry for the confusion on my part. There is no log file AFAIK for the miniPC. Please try it over USB as Greg suggested. Sounds like a QoS issue on your Wifi net.

              it is the mini pc I have tried a wired connection and its still the same, tried a dvd iso on a usb drive and it still wont play?

              any ideas thanks!

                Is this an unencrypted image of a standard PAL-UK DVD? I think it should play, but I don't have a handy PAL source to try it on mine.

                  yes it is just in a iso format, just shows a message saying it is not supported and to check log files and wont play

                              has anyone been able to sort these issues yet? i have been unable to do what i intended with it since i got it, I have sent a few emails to the support email address but I have not had anything back?

                              who can I contact that will help sort this?
