how to roll back upgrade

Since the new upgrade took hdmi from stb how do we roll back to old firmware
How often are they going upgrade this box
When is dvdfab developers going to reply to these problems we are experiencing
Imo a good media player has good support neither here
Im thinking i should of went with pivos xios even the ras.pi works better than this
Come on really tho give us something on this matter

I second this!!

I sent a support request the night I received mine with absolutely no response and that free media play app (for 1 year) still wont register to this day( over 2 months ago), very very little support on that also.

We need support and fast!!

No support even on faceboook page we are getting ignored why with all the $ they made off of this pretty paper weight you would think the would have @ least one employee to respond

You are not being ignored and new staff has been added just this past week to improve response to any difficulties with the VidOn.me products. Facebook is not the place for support, it is here. Please focus your posts on reporting problems and less on opinions about what you should have done, etc. This thread is about to cross the line into being non-constructive and will be closed if it continues.
