    How do we or i go about returning this back to dvdfab i had enough

    Use the Contact link on the DVDFab website. I guess it should work for VidOn.me also. I know of no other way.

        I am doing exactly the same as this box is a load of rubbish. This is what I have emailed DVDFAB about.

        "This box is absolute rubbish. It was stated initially it would play Bluray ISO images and I spent a long time using DVDFAB to create ISO (Main Movie) images of my complete Bluray collection (over 300) to my Windows Home Server, but it does not even find them. Also the remote control is terrible, initially the batteries were dead so I replaced them with duracell and when you press some keys it goes in an entirely different direction. When loading my photo collection it was painfully slow almost unusable. I have used the XMBC program on my PC and plays all my Bluray ISO's so why does your version not. Also it continually falls over and wants to send a log back to you. I want to send this box back for a refund as it is not fit for purpose and I will buy a Popcorn Hour one instead."

          Please let us know anything you hear about returning Box

          Please let everyone know what you hear back from DvDFab on returning the box. I have still not recd mine yet, it supposedly just arrived in NJ today. I have tried cancelling my order repeatedly and asked for a refund to no avail.

            Imo 2 amazon gift cards@$20 each would be more justifiable
            Since i paid $289. For all in one + package if you buy all in one gift card package @$300 - 20%=$240
            -$20.amazon gift it=$220
            So $290--$220=60 $
            So 2 amazon gift cards sounds better
