Need some kind of an Official Response from DVDFAB support.

    Need some kind of an Official Response from DVDFAB support.

    Based on all of the negative threads I see here.. I would think you would put some kind of an official response out to at least let you customers know that you (DVDFAB) acknowledge this issue. If you have and I have missed it here in all of these treads/posts I apologize.

    I venture to say all of the people making posts here are paying customers of DVDFAB and deserve some thing here. I agree most of these people probably got the FREE VidOn.me unit and some may have paid the $99. I did purchased the DVDFab All-In-One Lifetime gift package. I got a bunch of software that I may or may not ever use, BUT, I bought it to get the VidOn.me STB. So in a sense I did pay for the FREE box.

    I have been DVDFab customer for almost 5 years and have always been very impressed with your products and support.

    Please give US your customer's some feed back. I my self would like to see this box work.

    This is not "official", but is an informed response to your request. VidOn.me has recently added 3 full time staff to improve responses to users with questions or problems. They are all still getting up to speed, so be patient. Anyone who has one of these boxes paid something for it, no matter whether it came with the software package or was purchased standalone and is entitled to expect a product that works. I am telling you that they are committed to do all necessary to see that you get it.

    If you have a problem, start a thread that gives the details of the steps you have taken and the results you have obtained (good or bad).

      I don't want to start a thread. I just want it to work as advertised.

        And that is a perfectly reasonable expectation. But if you do not want to contribute to the solution, I think we have heard all we need for now.
