As I've purchased the box though DVDFab which has then used Avangate for the processing, how do you track the order as on their system it says finished, but how can it be finished if they have no product to dispatch?

Avangate is just the payment processor, they do not ship the units. I think you should receive an email after a few days that provides the tracking number, I did. @signals, In the email, it does not provide any details for how to cancel an order (which should be provided).
I have finally received an update from Avangate who have emailed VidOn.Me to see if they will allow a refund. If they don't I'll just inform my bank and provide them copies of the email

Cancelling after it has shipped is more complicated, but Avangate can sort it out with VidOn.me. thanks, vidon.me have asked to wait until they have shipped it on the 24/25 January which I have sent back email saying don't wish to wait until they have shipped it, as I wouldn't be willing to pay return postage from UK.
So lets hope it gets sorted soon
Once I know this is a fully working product (based on the threads on this forum it currently isn't) then I may look into it again, but until then I think I probably buy a known brand that I am happy withLast edited by walkerx; 01-13-2014, 09:05 PM.

I think the threads you are reading in the forum are for the original unit, which did have problems. The AV100 and more powerful AV200 have gotten better reports. Make sure the staff understand that you want to cancel the order. thanks - I will wait and see for more threads on the AV200 to determine whether or not to purchase one, but when I look at the threads and issues users have had even with previous devices, I don't wish to be spending money on something and then find the support is not there when something goes wrong.
