I can update the movie server and have the latest software. I can't access it from my computer. I have it wired with a fixed IP address. I can ping it. But when I try to put it \\192.168.0.13 it says this page can't be displayed. In DVDFab I get a message when trying to select Movie Server "Failed to connect to Movie Server, check your network status or firewall....". I have tried turning off the firewall. When I go into Windows Explorer Network I can see the DVDFabMedia Server/

hi eddiec this is how I solved the problem it may work for you too
my problem ended up being the windows 10 firewall stopping dvdfab10 from communicating with the movie server. to fix this problem you need to press "windows" key and "x" key at the same time, choose network connections, I'm having a different problem, allow other computers to connect to this computer, share files or folders, next, then let the troubleshooter run and if it comes back "problem with the wireless adaptor and access point fixed" you should be right to copy the iso to the movie server.

Hi,
Did you turn off the SAMBA share service on MS?
Make sure that SAMBA is started in Settings -> Advanced Setings -> SAMBA.
And please also post the DVDFab internal log file, thanks!
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
Thanks!
