Missing TV-Show and Season

Hello,
after updating to 1.0.1.2 I had problems to get my libraries back.
I managed to solve the problem by reorganizing my folders and file names as described here: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/dvdfab...-files-for-dms
Now I only have two more problems:
1. A complete TV Show isn't scanned (Stargate Universe), it is skipped every time and doesn't appear in the library
2. Another TV Show (Outer Limits) is showed in the library although only 2 out of 7 seasons are appearing. Rescanning didn't help.

How can I solve these two problems?

Oh, and in addition a lot of titels are shown in chinese - in the DVDFab Movie Server Manager 1.0 as well as on the A1 itself...

Hi Michael,
I was told the Chinese names issue had been corrected, when did you notice this? For the problems 1) and 2) you mentioned, this is most often caused by file or folder naming issues but could be something else, especially the 2) issue with the Outer Limits. A possible solution for TV season discs like this is to create the files//folders one episode at a time in DVDFab instead of all together. Also, so titles that the scraper can't find in the database are placed in the Video folder and may appear with an all-white box for a poster.Look in the Video folder and see of some of the missing content is there.

Hi signals,
I did update to 1.0.1.2 a few days ago but after the update I couldn't use the A1 because it asked me to register again, which didn't work. This issue was soved yesterday, so yesterday was the first day I used the new software again. And that's also the day I did notice the chinese name issue which still exists today.

1) This morning the TV Show "Stargate Universe" was recognized by the Movie Server Manager. But because of several other problems I decided to reset the library at the A1. So it started to scan the whole HDD again - and all problems hade been solved but the problem with Outer Limits - and additionally now it didn't find Stargate Universe anymore (which, as I said, it did before)

By the way, the video folder is empty!

Btw. chinese problem was solved today, but the other problems with the two TV Shows still exist...

Any idea how to get at least "Stargate Universe" into my library? Tried to delete everything and re-created the folders but it didn't work, the folder isn't scanned. Also the files do not appear anywhere - even the video folder stays empty.
I just added two other TV Shows, they just worked fine!

anybody tell me how to download the latest firmware? OTA says 1010 is the latest.

Stay with v1010 until they come out with a new version.
