General/Other Backup Database

Is it possible to backup my database. Having spent hours sorting the meta data is a pain to do after each update.

Thanks for the link however that was from Oct 2017 and it look's like no progress has been made with regards to making backups of your DB.

You can easily back up the nfo files at least. I will try to get some additional information.
