When I tried to buy the product 3 days ago it wouldn't take it's own 25% off code. I emailed through to sales support for help. How many days does it take for a response? I bought the lifetime DVD previously and liked it. Now I want to buy the lifetime Bluray. Can someone at DVD Fab help me?

Try typing the coupon code if you are using copy/paste. If you copy an extra space at the beginning or end it will reject it. It is also case sensitive.
