    Trying to buy product, but can't get support

    When I tried to buy the product 3 days ago it wouldn't take it's own 25% off code. I emailed through to sales support for help. How many days does it take for a response? I bought the lifetime DVD previously and liked it. Now I want to buy the lifetime Bluray. Can someone at DVD Fab help me?

    Try typing the coupon code if you are using copy/paste. If you copy an extra space at the beginning or end it will reject it. It is also case sensitive. Make sure the code you are trying to use is still active, i.e. within the date range when it should be available.
