That is the only error code when I start up the program... then it asks if I want to restart the program... if yes then it loops with the same error etc.
OS is Windows7 32bit. i5 Intel w/8GB Mem ati5760 1TB WD Black HDD.

Please uninstall and reinstall DVDFab and have a try!
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

Why are you running Windows 7 32 bit with 8GB's of memory?
You need Windows 7 64 bit.
