Blank Media Japanese BD-R DL not burning

Hello , I ordered 5 TDK BD-R DL from a seller from ebay , the discs seems to be a japanese version of the discs because they have Jap characters. I tried burning an 3D movie image on ImgBurn , as well with nero with no luck.

My burner is a Sony Optiarc BD-5300S , I have the latest firmware 1.06 .

here's the link of my burner with supported media :

ImgBurn Drive Capabilities doesn't have BD-R XL and BD-RE XL checked

My question is , Japanese media works on USA Burners , or i need to change region code or something on ImgBurn ?? Here's a log of ImgBurn but it was a successfully burned image on BD-R Single layer , Regards

The Sony page shows the media types that are supported but the actual media brand support is determined by the drive firmware. Try to get the Media ID for the blanks (ImgBurn or DVDFab Inspector can tell you) then ask Sony if it is supported by your firmware. The log from a different blank is not really useful.

You will have faster and more reliable results if you use ImgBurn in Write mode to read the MID of the blanks. The seller probably does not know. See the screen capture below to see where to look. Good luck with it.
