DVD Ripper to ipad captions issue

Every time i use DVD ripper to iPad conversion the captions automatically come on. I have tried removing them by unselecting the english captions box but they always come on. I thought maybe when the file is on the ipad2 i could just select an option to not display captions but they are always on. Anyone else have this problem or know how i can fix it?

The default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Hey ok finally was able to do this on a recent Ipad conversion I did. I looked at the Log but WOW does that keep a history, lol. I just made one today & here is the log. Thanks for the instructions on how to get it also!
