internet problems

    Please try the following if you are still having a problem (Windows):
    • From an Administrator account:
    • Click the Start button
    • In the search box, enter cmd and press enter
    • In the box that opens, at the prompt type ipconfig/flushdns and press enter
    • Check for a message that this was completed
    • At the prompt type exit or click on the red "X" to close the box
    In some windows versions and environments, it may be necessary to reboot to complete the procedure.

      Its gonna be 24hrs. Still no good news.

      I did ipconfig/flushdns, Exit and reboot machine.


      Its gonna take more, obviously

      I upload DVDFab for mac log.
      For win later.

        Here is For Wins log files.
        ***what is ssl server? can't connect ssl server.

        I was wondering that if it would be possible for you to check it and fix the problem?

          try resetting your modem / router
          also check firewall settings /anti virus settings to see if they have blocked something

            As far as I could go was "ipconfig/flushdns".
            Thats only typing.

            Modem? router? Setting again? I can't go any further.
            I have to ask someone who knows very well. ha-ha.

            - one of those big forum in JPN has DVDFab threads that tells me many in JPN have the same problem but they don't come here to post.
            maybe their English problem or they just feel posting is troublesome.

              Whats DNS problem? Whats ssl server?
              I wish I knew more about computer.

                have you checked your firewall settings and your antivirus settings??

                  I am also having this problem in UK. I have tried all of the suggestions but still no access. Nothing has changed at this end, it just stopped connecting on Saturday and is still not resolved.

                    YES, sir. I DID.

                    I checked about firewall and antivirus software which I actually doesn't install any because of Microsoft essential. IF I didn't make any mistakes, firewall doesn't block anything and I even gave DVDFab permission to through the wall.

                    Also For Mac still doesn't work.

                    Mmm… I wish I didn't upgrade 9210 to 9211Beta because the minutes I upgraded, these happened. Maybe the worst mistake I made.

                      you should be able to go back to 9210. just uninstall the beta
                      and reinstall 9210. try that and see if that works.

                        The DVDFab version should have no effect, it is an internet connectivity issue.

                        Other UK users have reported success, but I have no idea what steps they took (or who their internet provider is)--probably flushing the DNS cache and rebooting PC and router/modem.
