Am new to Blue Ray, just did my first dvd (Minions) using the cinavia removal , is it normal for the copy process to take over an hour + and burn time about 45 min + ????

As to processing time, you must remember that a Blu-ray can contain as much as 5x as much data as a DL DVD. They take longer to read, longer to write and longer to compress. The times you listed are a little below average, but not out of line for the PC you are using. If you want better times, ask some of our experienced users what they are using.
