Dvdfab won't open hunger games

I have the newest version of DvdFab but it won't open the bluray US version of Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2, It keeps coming up that DvdFab has experienced a problem and needs to close, But it works fine for DVDS.

We need the DVDFab internal log session from this disc. The instructions for supplying it are linked in my sig, below. This disc should be fully supported unless you have a different version. The log will tell us that. The session for this disc will be near the end of the log.

Mockingjay pt.2

I get the same message as Jimmy56, after it crashes, it says DVDFab has encountered a problem and needs to close. I can't get to the internal log.

The single disc version of this title is not supported yet, should be soon. Don't post questions about specific discs in this forum, use DVD or Bluray Copy forums instead, we can then tell which you have without playing 20 questions. The retail combo pack is fully supported, DVD and Blu-ray.

I also can not unlock MockingJay2. I have the latest software but it just automatically closes passkey after it analyizes the program. Here is the log:
