    Registration Issue

I purchased DVD Fab DVD to Mobile.

Although I was able to successfully register I am only able to use it once before it tells me that DVD to Mobile is available in the registered version. I purchased the lifetime option and when I pull up the about information I'm listed as the licensee but it is listed as "No" under "Enabled" I've already uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and all this does is let me use the software once.

    I'm running Windows 7.

Additional things to try: disconnect from the internet, then disable your antivirus software, install again, making sure to run the installer As Administrator, this is very important. Re-enable your AV software.

P.S. You have to have DVD to DVD licensed also for DVD to Mobile to work.

Ok I uninstalled and reinstalled and was able to get another use out of it.
Closed the program and reopened it and on the main screen it shows my license but is once again not enabled.

I don't have the DVD to DVD license, if I have to purchase that to make it work I'd rather have a refund. It's not listed anywhere on the DVD to Mobile page that DVD to DVD is required to use it.

                Absolute rubbish.

Just from the DVD Fab purchase page:-

                Note:
DVDFab "DVD to Mobile" works with DVDFab "DVD to DVD" together. That is, you MUST have a valid DVDFab "DVD to DVD" license, which is applied to the same e-mail address. Please get the two products together. Otherwise, you can always , to make sure if you already have a valid license.
                Note:
you must have a valid "DVD to Mobile" or "File to Mobile" license already, or you need order "DVD to DVD / DVD to Mobile" or "File to Mobile" at the same time.

DVD to DVD is required, the dvdfab.com website Buy Now has a popup that prevents a purchase of DVD to Mobile only and tells you that DVD to DVD is required.

It does let you purchase DVD to Mobile but it gives a big red warning message. You would need to contact DVDFab via email to see if failure to read is grounds for a refund.
