Surely someone from DVDFab can have a look at this problem, that many are having, making DVD Creator unusable?
If not maybe refund our money as it is useless at present.

David, will you calm down? The office has been closed for 8 days for a national holiday in China. They will be back in about 15 hours. Okay, well I had no way of knowing that, we do not have such things in Australia.
So the fault was introduced in 8313.

Yes in Australia most places shut down for a few days over Christmas, and Easter too, but NOT 8 days straight, and IF they did I would think any reasonable Company would have at least a skeleton staff on NOT completely shut down.
Perhaps in future IF DVDFab know they are going to be closed for 8 days it would be a good idea NOT to issue new software, which MAY have faults, just before closing down, wait until they return.
