Hello all. New to the thread, have been using various versions of DVDFab through the years, but this is my first time trying a BD.
every time I put a BD in my burner (yes, it's a BD burner...) DVDFab starts reading it but then errors out saying "An unknown error has occured. Please check for a new version at DVDFab site"
I searched the forums and it seems like a few people have reported the same, but there is never any resolution, the thread just closes... Hopefully someone might know the fix.
I have tried with 2 BD's, and a clean uninstall/CCleaner/reinsall. DVD's seem to work fine. I have tried with firewall off, with proxy and direct to internet, but none of them seem to make a difference.
Here are the contents of the two logs:

Obviously logs are truncated, but similar results can be seen for the other attempts/BD's.
Hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.
