Not sure if this has been brought up yet but, there is a way to quickly create a .miniso file to an already existing folder that doesn't have a .miniso file in it.
(please forgive if this has already been brought up.)
In any event, to create a .miniso file to a BD movie folder you have copied to your hard drive that did not have one previously, please do the following;
Launch DVDFab 8.0.8.5
Open (drop down) "Bluray copy" on the upper left side of the main DVDFab window.
Click on "Write Data"
Click on the folder just to the right of the "Source" field
That will bring up a "Browse for folder" window. Browse to the folder containing the bluray movie. (the one with the BDVM & Certificate folders in it)
Highlight the folder then click "OK" (the "Browse for folder" window will then close.)
You will now be back at the DVDFab main window. Click on the "Create .miniso file in output folder to be mounted by DVDFab virtual drive."
At this point you will notice that the "Target" field under the "Source" field will disappear.
Go down to the lower right side of the main DVDFab window and click "Start."
Within just a few seconds, a window will come up stating that the "Process has been completed successfully."
Click "OK" to close that message window.
Click "Finish" on the lower right of the DVDFab main window.
The folder you chose to write the .miniso file to should now contain a "BDMV" folder and a "Certificate" folder and the newly created .miniso file that is now ready to be mounted with DVDFab's virtual drive 1.2.0.0 and can be played with PowerDVD 9.0.2320.a or Total Media Theater 3.0.1.185. Have have had great success with this method!
Thanks to Mr. Blues & Mr. Hammer, a.k.a., The not so dangerous brothers.
