I have sent a request for assistance (support) to the techies and have not even received a computer generated form email. The least they can do is set up something to insure that they have received my email request and are working on the problem.
Right now, I have two (2) issues that need to be addressed: (1) v9 will not open and (2) I cannot backup my blu-ray discs.
I try to open v.09 and keep getting an windows error message stating that there is problem and will need to close. Then it asks me if I want to re-open the program, but that only gives me the same error message.
And NO, "Another Earth does not fit on a 25 gig blank disk. (According to "Sticky") How does a 28 gig disc fit on a 25 gig blank disk? It has to compress around 95% and compression does NOT work!
Are these techies too busy counting the money on their paycheck to answer emails requesting support?
(Sorry for being adverse, but it has been over 48 hours and still have not gotten an answer from them. Not even to tell me that they have received my email. How do I know if it went to an inbox that isn't even checked???)
