    will not connect to the internet

    I downloaded and installed 90137. After installing, I got a message that said it could not connect to the internet. It would not load. What's going on?

    I'm sorry for being vague. When I try to load a copy protected blu-ray on to either of the last two updates of DVDFAB, I get a message saying, "can't access the internet". I disable my firewall. Same result. I've tried it with several discs. Same result with all. HOWEVER, it will load a non-protected disc. Is anyone else having a similar problem?

      Hi,

      Please post the DVDFab internal log file.
      Could you start DVDFab normally? It should not in HD Decrypter mode.
      Could you open the protected disc normally with the old version(e.g. V 9.1.3.6)?

        Version 9.1.3.7 works perfect on my PC.

          Well, that narrows it a bit. The problem is at my end. In answer to your questions, it seems to start ok. The error message comes up when it trys to load the blu-ray disc. Also, got same result with 9.1.3.6 and other previous versions. Never had this problem before. Thanks for your help.

                  The post log does not include the process of opening Blu-Ray disc.

                  Please post the correct log file.

                    blue ray's copy not good

                    I have the same problems with version 9.3.1.6 and... 9.3.1.7 too.

                    Both versions are not correct for copying blue ray. The BR disc will not be readable.
                    With the old version 9.3.25 was everything in orde.
                    Please correct this problem.

                      The problem is that it won't load the Blu-ray disc.

                      All of the files in the My Documents/DVDFAB folder are:

                      dvdfab_burn_vso
                      dvdfab_internal
                      dvdfab_process
                      fab_burn_vso

                      I already sent dvdfab_internal. What, if anything,do you need?

                        Post the dvdfab_internal.log session that shows the disc that will not open. If you do not have a clean log entry that shows the entire process, please do the following:
                        • Close DVDFab
                        • Open DVDfab
                        • Insert the disc that won't open, wait at least 5 minutes
                        • If DVDfab can't open it, click Cancel and close DVDFab
                        • Open the internal log file with Notepad
                        • Select the last log session and highlight the text, right click and select Copy
                        • In Notepad, select File-> New
                        • Press Ctrl+V
                        • Select File->Save As and give it a name and location.
                        • Attach it to a post using the Manage Attachments button in the forum, beow the text editing window.

                          Problem solved. I decided that I had managed to corrupt Windows in some way causing the problem. Fortunately , I had made an image backup of my C-drive about a week ago. I installed it and tried to load a blu-ray into the latest version of DVDFab. It loaded and copied just fine. Now I'm a bigger fan of regular backups than ever. Thank you all for your attention and help. :-)
