What do you mean by "regular disc?"

It only happens when I attempt to burn a blu ray disc. And it doesn't matter if it is a 25 gb or 50 gb.
I recently bought a new computer and haven't done too much on it. But I did install DVD Fab. Any help would be appreciated!

OK, this post makes me want to ask a silly, but simple question... are you sure that the burner will do Blu-rays?

I agree with MrVideo's post, it sounds like your drive may be a BD-ROM (play only for BD). Post a DVDFab internal log, it should show the drive model number, which can be checked. You can also try selecting a different burn engine in DVDFab Common Settings.

I have two drives and both of them are burners. I actually transferred them from my old computer where I have burned countless movies. They have ALWAYS worked before and I have never gotten this message before in my other computer. This is the first time that I have tried to burn on my new computer.

The staff also asked if you were using the command line interface or the GUI.

Looks like your OS is not reporting your F: drive as a Blu-ray burner, not clear from the
logs in some cases which drive you were using at the time.

The command line runs DVDFab from a C:\ prompt, so you are probably not using it, few people do. The firmware for your F: drive may be out of date, not sure if newer versions are available or if updating it would help.

Now when I attempt to copy a blu ray, I get this pop up...

If I select Yes, it just does it all over again.

But it doesn't say anything about how and why it isn't burning.
