Post your internal log and the burn log, the developers might see something there.
How to post the internal log

HI:First your LG drive is 2 versions of firmware out of date here you can download the newest firmware for the LG drive follow all directions.

      SenseData: Power Calibration Area Error
Their could be several possible reasons and solutions for the above error, basically what is happening is for some reason the burning software is unable to determine the Optimum Power Calibration rate (a small pre-burn test to determine optimal laser power for writing), resulting a disk burn failure. There is no easy way to pinpoint the exact reason, so try all the possible fixes from top to bottom (easy to hard) and see what works:

Try using different brands of quality blank media, most common reason for such error's is cheap blank media. Also use a unused disk as one log said the area used for the test burn was full this can also happen with a cheap brand of disks.

Try burning at lower speeds (Highly effective).

Disable IMAPI Service (Work's in most cases):

Launch Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services .
Browse for "IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service", Right-click on it and select properties.
      Change Startup Type to Disabled.

Went to Control Panel, then to Administrative Tools, then to services....

There is no listing for IMAPI CD Burning COM Service listed.

Do you want to copy again. Yes or no

If I select Yes, it just does it all over again.

But it doesn't say anything about how and why it isn't burning.
This information will be in the log that 90312 asked you to attach. The log will be different depending on which burn engine you have selected.
