    International version not working

I opened DVD Fab today and got a message that I had to update to the International version because the US version would no longer be supported. I'm guessing this is related to legal issues. In any case, I can no longer copy any of my BluRays. I tried LOve & Mercy and Tomorrowland. It quits after taking a along time to analyze and just beginning the copy process. I get a message that the program stopped working for an unknown reason. I'm in Full Disc mode and doing nothing differently than I usually do.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Hope this works - there should be a compressed file attached of the error log

you just need to uninstall the dvdfab US version and
re download the international version. it's all one version now
      the latest version is 9.2.1.9

That's the version I have. I was prompted to upgrade my version to this one and I did so. I'm not sure I have my activation code...

Found my keys - I'm trying the uninstall/install now

Well, that didn't work. Same message. I take it no one else is having problems? The wording of the notification was odd : it said that the US version was no longer going to be supported.

uninstall dvdfab and run a good registry cleaner
then reinstall dvdfab "as administrator" and try again.

When I uninstall, it asks if I want to retain my data and settings. Shouls I opt out of that? That's how it new my activation codes.

Right now I'm trying to copy a bluray to my hard drive instead of directly to another disc. That's how I used to do it back in the day with an older version. It just still takes forever to analyze...

              Edit:
Upon review, I'd really rather not touch the registry unless there is something specific. I can't see how I should have to - it was just a simple upgrade.

It did the same thing. An error caused it to stop working after it was done analyzing and began the actual copy process.

Apparently the server is overloaded - there's another post about "unknown error".

                    That hasn't worked, October.

Does anyone know if there are still server problems? I sent an email to support and have yet to hear anything.

When ask to Remove data, choose yes.
Is there any files left in your installation directory?

Do what Dora suggested, then do a new download of v9.2.2.2 and run the installer using As Administrator. With no discs in any optical drive, start DVDFab, and select the Copy tab and choose Main Movie mode. Now load a Blu-ray disc into your optical drive and let DVDFab analyze it. After (if) it finishes the opening disc process, click Cancel and exit DVDFab. Open the log folder and attach the internal log session just produced using the instructions linked in my sig, below. We are just playing guessing games here without the log.

Did all of that(exceprt I could not install as administrator - it never gave me the option when I right clicked) the program stopped at the end of analyzing. Went to look for the log in Windows C:\users\*myname*\DVDFab\Log and there was no log. Is it in a different place?
Also, the only version I saw was 9.2.1.9

And I did include an error file in one of my first posts.

Thanks a lot for the your help...

It installs okay, it just crashes at the end of analyzing. I finally found the log - it was on a different hard drive - and I have to zip it to post it. Thanks for the link to the new version. Wonder why I couldn't find it.

                              *edit*
This was in reply to a post from October that is no longer here - it had a link to the newer version but disappeared as soon as I posted this reply. Kind of par for the course for me - I don't understand what's going on. I'm hopeless : )
