    "An unknown error occurred."

I have several hundred Blu-rays, and I've ripped all of them to ISOs for my VidOn box. I've had very few issues until today. I just got Saw: The Complete Collection, and each disc I put in starts to scan, then stops with then following error:

    "An unknown error occurred."

Not very helpful. It should be noted that all of these discs play flawlessly on both of my standalone blu-ray players, and I've tried three different computers and 4 different Blu-ray ROM drives. All the same. Also, they play perfectly in DVDFab Media Player. I've even gone as far as opening the disc in DVDFab Media Player, then trying to load the disc in DVDFab Copy/Rip while the movie is playing. Same error.

    Little help?

    Thanks,
    LeRoy Wood III

Went into settings and turned off all meta data options, now it works just fine.

I've got another post with the same problem - coincided with my update to the international version ( hadn't used it for a while). I wish I had known it was a server issue - spent a lot of time uninstalling, reinstalling, etcetera. Glad to know it will get back to normal : )
