Problem with "Dumbo" 3D form BD to create a ISO-file

Hi there,
i am coming from the german forum. I´ve got the follow problem. I´ve created succesful an ISO file - only main movie from the current Disney movie "Dumbo". The result is, when i tried to play it from my Himedia 900b Mediaplayer, i´ve seen only a blck screen. It looks than the mediaplayer thinks it was an actual movie file, because i can see the lenght and the chapters. I can skip in the chapters and so on. From the 3rd chapter on, i can hear the voices and music but only some words and little bit of noise, i am in an endless loop with the sound. Hope this information is enough to fix the problem and please excuse my english.

Sorry for the problem, please try to play it on your PC with VLC, PowerDVD or the DVDFab Media Player and tell us if it has any different result. It would also help if you scan the ISO with the free BDInfo tool and attach the text file results to a post. The English is fine, no problem .

Hi Signals, thank you for your help. I´ve puted the iso into a virtual drive and tried to use it by vlc Player and DVDDab Player. In VLC it doesnt work but by DVDFab Player yes.And here you get the result of BDInfo. Hope it helps.

Hallo!

Ich habe das gleiche Problem bei sämtlichen 3D Filmen. Entweder die Filme hängen bei der Wiedergabe und haben ein pixeliges Bild oder es gibt einfach nur einen schwarzen Bildschirm.
Bei normalen Blu Rays ohne 3D sowie UHD Filmen gibt es keine Probleme. Das Problem tritt auch nur auf, wenn ich den Hauptfilm raus ziehe. Wenn ich die Blu Ray komplett auf die Festplatte ziehe wird die einwandfrei abgespielt. Ich habe nun v11.0.5.5 deinstalliert und v11.0.4.9 installiert. Damit geht das ganze wieder einwandfrei. Wenn es hilfreich ist könnte ich bis zum Wochenende noch höhere Versionen testen um raus zu finden ab welcher genau die Probleme anfangen.

Mona: I tested this using the very latest version of Fab if copying any 3d iso on hard drive extracting main movie from full disk iso to main movie iso using (full 3d in copy Mode in advanced options) has the playback problem.VLC thinks theirs copy protection in it and doesn't play the main movie iso other players Fab versions 3&5 media players,MPC-BE, Play it but with pixalation and freeze frames.Side by side 3d not effected just full 3d.

Update-Further testing seems the iso making is the problem as a main movie extracted ok and played ok if not a iso.

To test this, write to a folder from DVDFab and try using ImgBurn in Build mode to make the ISO.

Test confirmed the full 3d iso made with Imgburn works fine and plays in 3d in Power dvd and 2d in the other players.
All you need do is switch burn engines in Fab blu ray settings from Fab burner to Imgburn as Imgburn can also burn 3d movies for the quick fix then staff can see whats wrong with the Fab burner building 3d iso's in copy main movie from full 3d iso to main movie 3d iso.

You need to download the free program IMG BURN and have it on the hard drive then change Fab settings in burn engine for blu rays.Once like this Fab auto opens Img burn and burns the disk to hard drive or burner what ever you have Fab set for and then closes it when done for you.
