Don't do that, never do that lol. Regardless of your media choice slow the burn rate to half of the rated speed of your media otherwise it's 'russian roulette'.

I would normally use good discs and a very low burn speed 2x or 4x. I used the rubbish discs and fast speed as a worst case scenario. If it worked that way then it will surely work on better discs.

        Hi eon_designs
I agree with W&B if you burned it and it had "Stutters" you would still be saying that it is not fixed

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

Yep, you have to rule out all possible causes in order to test correctly

I was working from the other way around - try it in the worst case, if it works then great (whidh it did - thankfully) If it didn't then work through the buring route.

Trying a few other conversions now to see how it handles subtitles, especially forced subtitles.

            :-)

Its not horrendously bad, but once you notice it, it spoils the viewing experience.

Does anyone else have this issue? Can it be fixed?
I have the same problem of jerky video on blu ray to dvd.

                Hi docgoo1

I used to have the same problem, sttuter video in my converted discs, but since version 8.0.6.1. this problem was addressed and fixed, so try this, maybe will help you, click on the green dot with a mark on it,in top right of the maine screen of the program, then on new window (Common settings)click on your left A/V Codec, then in your right side select for video decoder and video encoder "sofware" in all of them 4 in total, click ok and try it with this options to see if that fix your problem. if not, post back again your logo and someone else with more experiance will try to give you more advices,

That set up worked for me, so. hope that works for you too.

                Tony

Thanks but I am allready aware of using software for this process. Only one problem with this is 95% cpu usage. My computer can hadle this running core i7 quad core. I have a high end Nvidia video card. Therefore you should be able to use gpu accelleration enabled without these problems. Thanks again for the post.
