Because no one can duplicate the problem you report. Also, no reply to my question about whether the audio settings looked like the ones I attached in my earlier post. Looks like you switched modes from Blu-ray Copy to File Converter during the process, which will not work. Try it again and leave DVDFab in Blu-ray Copy, Main Movie mode. Post a new log if it still does not work.
I answered all your questions I see them posted( it is posted with the burn log) as to changing between bul- ray copy and file Converter how can that be done without ruining the product???
I see where two other persons have had the same problem as I did is that your answer we are all have no idea what we are doing?
Still unable to get Jurassic World Cinavia free. Attaching Log. This is the only Cinavia infected copy I have tried. I noticed no BDinfo file was produced this time. Would appreciate any help.
Sorry to be so slow, but I have had some family issues to deal with.
I downloaded the new version, and it worked like a charm.
I just want to note, that I am not familiar with this kind of customer service that you prove at DVDFab. It seemed everyone' Jurassic World disk was able to be stripped of Cinavia, except mine.
I uploaded my log file, get a response from you a few days later, and the problem is fixed.
This goes to show you that DVDFab absolutely rules. The others are merely imposters. What you have done for me, I am only one customer, is extremely impressive. When I have a few bucks, I am going to go lifetime on everything!
My copy of this 3D disc shows a black cinavia icon in the audio drop down next to the English DTS-HD Master/7.1 track. Try both DVDFab 9.2.2.8 & DVDFab 9.2.3.1
I have a similar problem on Jurassic World 3D from Canada. I am using the latest version 9.2.3.1, have internet connection, and purchased C license and when I hover over the C logo in the audio, I get a message "The audio track is not supported yet." and it does not allow me to check it to get the logo with the red line through the C. I have attached a screenshot. I am on Copy mode, Main Movie only.
Please attach the DVDFab internal log session from this disc as the others have done. Instructions are linked in my sig, below. The 3D should be supported, may be an identification problem in the database, passing along to the specialists.
I notice in your capture that you apparently have a browser open, this is not recommended unless you have blazing fast internet, especially not for streaming video from YouTube or other sites.
Attached is the log.
I only had a browser open to ensure I had internet access while DVDFab was initializing and setting up to run; it was turned off after the Main Movie process was started.
Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
