I just tried to copy the blu ray of the big sick and there was a message saying that the disc has cinavia protection

That is correct, Cinavia repair for this title is not supported yet. if the cinavia removal is not working then you might have a version of the disc that the audio is not yet supported.
also make sure that you are selecting main movie only

DVDFab is not supporting this Blu-ray yet, I have corrected the list. Not sure how this happened, sorry to have disappointing news. The BD will supported soon.
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
