See from the log,THE_HUNGER_GAMES is a DVD, please post DVD issue to DVD thread next time.
The issue about the DVD disc is "Read Error".
Read errors can be caused by several things.
Dirty / smudged disc.
Scratched disc.
Defective disc.
Dirty lens in reader drive.
Please clean your disc and try it again.

i tried to open the files cant open it will try again

2. Put disc in drive
2a. If Autoplay is enabled, close or exit or choose "Do Nothing"
3. Go to My Computer
4. RIGHT CLICK on the optical drive
5. Select "Open"
