    Problem After Updating - On 2 Machines

    On two different machines, DVDFab v9.1.2.5 failed after reading the full DVD. Is this a known issue?

    Sorry for late respond.
    Which version are you update from? How about a clean install?
    I have no this issue. Try to change the pathplayer setting.
    User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

      Your Pioneer drive has a firmware update, you will find it here

      NOTE: If you do not know how to flash your drive do not do it, it will render your drive useless if done wrong.

          Your log seems incomplete,and it says you changed from Copy to Ripper sometime during the process. Please restart DVDFab and let it try to open the same disc and repost the new log file, thanks.

            It may also help if we know the name of the movie being copied.
            The log from the other machine might help too.
