    Constant Crash

Trying to back-up episodes of old TV shows. DVDFab will see the episodes but when I try to rip DVDFab will either 1, do only the first episode and then crash, or two crash as soon as I try to start the process. Would like to send log but when DVDFab crashes all I get is a screen that allows me to send data to you with an option to restart the program. I have looked but cannot locate any log files to attach. Found old logs from 4 months ago but DVDFab worked at that time.
Did try to go back 9.6 but same problem.

Is this a new release disc or an older one?

Try turning off PathPlayer in DVDFab Settings, but be sure to write it to a HDD folder before burning to disc and check the playback. The log files are in the \Documents\DVDFab9\Log folder. The log session from this disc is the one we need, you can open the internal log with Notepad and copy and paste that session into a post. Does it crash with a different disc?

Got this log data. From the last session. All failed.
The problem is the same when I try to rip a DVD with multiple episodes. I'll give it a try without pathplayer and post the results.
      Thanks

Thanks for posting the info, although I do not see any errors in the log you pasted into the post. The staff will check it also from the online crash reports, which I hope you allowed to complete.

I see something important in his log even if it doesn't make a difference for this problem as a guide to other users in general to why it's important to always keep your drives firmware updated this blu ray burner is 2 versions out of date from the read me files downloaded with the updates. Here is what the 2 updates for this drive improved.

          Improved DVD-R Readability
          - Blu-ray Disc Readability Improved

You can update here read all directions or you can render the drive useless.

You can check the firmware of the other 2 drives here also.

Please use the old driver version 334.89 or 335.23 if you are using the device (GTX 640/650/660/670/680/690/750/760/770/780/TITAN) that supports CUDA 3.0/3.5/5.0. Or disable GPU accelerate, have it a try. please tell us your result, thank you very much!

Let's not confuse the issue. Doubtful that old firmware could cause DVDFab to crash.

                Hi scarboro98
According to your log you Have AnyDVD running along with DVD Fab, please disable AnyDVD and try again.
You should never have two decrypters running at the same time.
                Hope this helps

                  Still crahing

Downloaded the new Beta. Installed it. Turned off GPU and pasplayer. Tried to rip TV episodes from disk. Failed again. dvdfab_process.log states:
                  19:03:39
                  Conversion: one pass
                  19:03:40
                  Work 1 failed, Error = graph not_suitable_connected_filter graph(0) - pinName:video frame
                  19:04:49
                  Conversion: one pass
                  19:04:50
                  Work 1 failed, Error = graph not_suitable_connected_filter graph(0) - pinName:video frame

                  I have attached log files.

Seems to do the first file from the first disk and then crash. I will try to do a single disk at a time and see if thanks makes a difference.
Thanks to all for the help, advice, and suggestions.

The forum is working normally. The logs should be very small files if you edit them to obtain just the log session for the disc you are discussing. This is explained in greater detail in the link in my sig, below. Please start a new thread rather than use an old one for a different topic. They are free.
