With PathPlayer enabled the disk does not open. I let it run for more than an hour and it just spun.
With PathPlayer disabled the disk open progress bar does eventually close, but the DVDFab GUI crashes.
I suppose I could have other issues since my problem seems different from the others. I do not usually back up new releases, but I was inspired to watch this and "Occulus" this week. No issues on "Occulus," although I haven't watched it yet. I'll do that when I get home tonight.
Just used 9.1.6.6. on this movie. Ripped movie only (R1). No read errors, it chose Title 66 and did it's thing. Movie played back fine.
Strange that Windows Media Player playing original disk reports Title 39 while playing (and MPC-HC reported the same disk as Title 42). I thought playing the original disk and seeing the Title being played was a way to know which Title was right. Makes me not trust that result anymore.
Note to all: you must be using a registered and activated v9.1.6.6 for this disc with PathPlayer enabled, the free (HD Decrypter) version will not work. I have just retested this (Full Disc, R1) and it works fine if all required conditions are met. Post the files and log that Fengtao requested if it does not work for you.
Thanks for the logs, sorry you are having trouble with this. Possibly an additional version of the disc. Please post a buy link for the place you purchased it. It would also speed up the process if you can copy all the IFO files off the original disc to a zip file and attach them to a post. Only the ones with the IFO suffix are needed. Contact me by PM if you have any problems with this. Thanks
Looks like mine was a bad disk. I gave up working on it and just popped it in the PS3 to watch and stuttered a few times through it before it died and would not play past about 80%. We couldn't even pick a later scene. We're taking it back to Walmart and will see how that goes. Sorry for the confusion!
