I'm having the same issue. I've udpated to 11.0.6.5. However, when I try to play the file movie from my hard drive, I can't get to the menu. When I play the burned copy, it's the same thing. I'm using PowerDVD 18 as my video player.

There are several versions of this disc, one works, the other has some issues if copying with Full Disc mode. The developers are working on it already.

Mona, I downloaded, installed, and still got the same problem. PowerDVD freezes as soon as you get through the previews. That's the same problem I try to play the burned copy.

If so,
1. Please post the latest dvdfab_internal.log file.
2. All the files/folders except the .vob files from the original movie disc are needed, please zip and send to us.
3. A buy link for getting the same copy of movie disc.

This problem has been fixed, please try the next version of DVDFab or Passkey.
