    v8.1.5.9 freezes at .58%

Hi Everyone...sorry my first post is to scream for Help...but the previous version worked fine now "Ripper" stops at 0.58%. I have tried 3 different DVD's directly and 2 ISO files and all do the same thing. Until the upgrade everything worked as it should.

I see in other posts people posting their log files - I have no idea where to find these if they are needed?

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!!

We must have the DVDFab internal log to be able to help you. Its location varies with your OS version, so just use the search or find files and folders function in windows explorer to find the file dvdfab_internal.log. You can open it with Notepad, locate the relevant log session, and copy and paste it into a post. The most recent logs will be towards the end of the file.

        Hi lordjackel
Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

Thank you! I followed the above instructions and it got passed the 0.85% but now it is stuck at 86.82% (for the past 2 hours)...here are the new log files. Next ideas?? This is odd since the previous version had zero issues...the only changes has been the upgrade. Thanks again for everyone's help!!
