Trouble with video/sound sync...

When I am backing up Giant to avi, the 2nd disc is totally out of sync with video/sound, the talking is not even close to the lip movement and it gets even worse, towards the end of the DVD, I have noticed this before, but not to this extent.

OMG! You have ripped over 3,000 DVDs It would be nice to know when and if DVDFab is going to fix this very common problem. I've read lots of complaints on this forum about sync problems.

Well, I have been logging these problems for awhile, lets put it this way, quite a few of the older movies have serious video/sound sync errors, when converting to avi or whatever you choose, I never get a reply back stating we have fixed this issue or it has ever been addressed.

Set the output frame rate manually to match the frame rate of the source content, especially when using an audiocopy type profile. I seriously doubt every conversion you have made has sync problems. If so, it is your system or settings.

I never stated every or all, I clearly stated some older movies, 1950's, 1960's and even then it can be spotty. Have you ever looked at the movie Giant, I think you should, because it is messed up after converting.

By the way, how do I match the frame rate to the source content, anyways, not sure if your software program will allow me to do such a thing, or do I have to use another bit of software to do this?
