BD Ripper (3D Plus) Please update DVDFab software?

Recently I have been experiencing problems ripping my Blu-rays to my hard drive to play on my popcorn hour A400.

I keep getting an error saying "To open this Blu-ray disc, please update DVDfab software"

I have been using the latest beta versions and am currently on version 9.0.6.9.
It was working, but just stopped working for no apparent reason, it wasn't after I installed a new version.

I am a registered user to the Blu-ray ripper (3d Plus), do I need to buy a licence for Blu-ray copy as all I want to do is to rip full 3d blu-rays I own to iso's. And non 3d ones to MKV's.

I reverted back to 9.0.6.3 version but when I tried to backup my 3d Blu-ray's to full iso they come out as 2D. This was working until recently.

Just tried again, still get the same error.

I have noticed that it doesn't ask me for the region code.

Try reinstalling v9.0.6.9. Make sure your internet connection is available.

In the future, choose a title for your post that reflects the actual problem, such as "Discs won't open", etc.

Ok, sorry for the mistake on the title. But it was all Blu-rays that I tried and I used the error that was displayed as the title name.

I have two partitions on my PC and have just tried this on Windows 7 and it seems to work now( I tried both before). Still not working on Windows 8 though.

I will just use Windows 7.

That's one of many reasons why I'm sticking with Windows XP for the duration... I had so many problems with Windows 7 and 8 that I just went back to XP. It has it's problems too, but at least it's stable...

I'm having the same problem on Win XP, it started with Version 9.0.6.7, had to Fallback to 9.0.6.6.

9.0.6.6 Works fine
9.0.6.7 Wont work, getting error "Please Update"
9.0.6.9 Wont work, getting error "Please Update"

Until this gets resolved, I'm stuck at 9.0.6.6

I have just updated Windows 7 with the latest updates via windows updates and getting the same update software again.

Could this be to do with an update to Windows?
