I have run some tests with the following settings on both XviD and DivX:
DivX
------ begin mobile work(1/1) ------
1m 27.28s: create config(0)
1m 27.28s: convert profile(generic.avi.divx.mp3)
1m 27.29s: dvd title(1) angle(0) chapter(1->9)
1m 27.29s: stream(480,2,1) stream(128,86019,1)
33m 36.21s: warning: stream tag DX50/0x30355844 incompatible with output codec id '63'
76m 59.25s:
------ finish mobile work ------
XviD
------ begin mobile work(1/1) ------
150m 38.90s: create config(0)
150m 38.90s: convert profile(generic.avi.xvid.mp3)
150m 38.91s: dvd title(1) angle(0) chapter(1->9)
150m 38.91s: stream(480,2,1) stream(128,86019,1)
182m 41.16s: warning: stream tag XVID/0x44495658 incompatible with output codec id '63'
226m 30.91s:
------ finish mobile work ------
The files are less than 2GB but the issue is still there and the files will not play.
There are no video or audio tags on the file.
I made sure to set the file size to 1500 to demonstrate that it is not the large size of my previous rips causing problems.
I have attached my log and some screenshots
- 2 Pass Encoding
- Fixed Size - 1500
- Deinterlace
- 192 kbps mp3
- Dolby Pro Logic II
- 720 x 406
