Blu-ray Copy Blu-ray copy for mac

Hello, I have the trial version of DVDfab Blu-ray copy for mac and am having some issues. I really like the program and want to purchase it, however I've only had one success. All I'm interested in is making perfect backup discs that will play in any stand-alone blu-ray player. What happens is during the copy process it will just stop and the program will not respond, resulting in me having to force quit. There is no rhyme or reason to this, sometimes it will happen as early as 5%, or I even had one stop at 98%. Also, is there a difference between full copy and clone? I am using a brand new mac mini
running mavericks, and an external Mercury Pro LG burner. I only want to make perfect, full menu backup copies without compression on BD 50 discs.
Can anyone please help me? Profsaxton

Which version are you using? 9159 mac?
is there a window pop-up and tell you fab stopping unexpected?
    How about restart the computer?

Full disc copy can change advance setting , like remove hd audio ,ect. Aslo can compression to BD 25.
clone is copy 1:1 without change settings.

Yes, I am using 9159 mac, and no there is no pop up. Lets say the task progress is at 43% and time left shows 15 mins. The time left, the time elapsed and the MB/s will just stop moving. It will sit like that for an hour if I let it. I then cancel and quit program. Now let me add, I just had my second success last night, another perfect copy. Now realize I've attempted several dozen times. Last night.....perfect, no problems. Any suggestions are welcome
as I'm really ready to purchase.

No, they are probably trying to duplicate your problem. Post the DVDFab internal log session that shows this problem, it will help.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Burning isn't the issue though, it's the cloning.
For example, yesterday I tried one movie 6 times in a row, all failures, with the highest being 61%. I got frustrated and quit for several hours and decided to try again and it worked fine! Also, the problem is only with Blu-rays, not DVD's. The DVD's clone just fine.

OK, I downloaded new version and immediately got two clone failures.
On the third attempt, it cloned successfully, however it failed in the burn process, which has never happened before. Am I the only one with these problems? My free trial is almost up, and I really want to purchase this program, but I really would like these bugs worked out first. I have attached
the last internal log regarding this. Thanks, Jim.

                    Hi,

I will try it later, thanks for your feedback. Did you get any error message when clone to ISO?

Recommend to save ISO file to HDD first and then burn the ISO to blank disc.

No error message, it just stops. I tried burning the ISO file of Comancheros
after the initial clone/burn failed, and it failed as well. It just got stuck/stoped
after about 23%. Thanks, hope that helps.

The version I'm currently using is 9161. As stated above it has issues, but when it works, it's perfect. My new concern is when I try to update to 9163 or 9164, I loose my Blu-ray capabilities. What I need to know is what happens if I spend the $60? Will it continue to work? Will I not receive any additional updates? Finally, do you see any resolution to this situation? You are the only
company I've had any success with, and would like to continue with it.
                        Thanks.

Still having problems. The last disc (Blu-ray) I tried to clone made it to 98%
and then stopped. I have only 4 days left on my free trial, and really want to purchase, but am hesitant with so many problems. Please help. I have attached the internal log for this last attempt. The disc was a region B of
                            Captain Clegg. Thank you.

                              Hi,

I tried to clone some Blu-ray disc to ISO and save to HDD fine.

Could you please try the Fulldisc or Mainmovie module? There are more log in Fulldisc or mainmovie, maybe helpful for us if you still get the issue.
