can't play blue ray disc

i'm new media player for mac buyer, but it doesn't work whatever blue ray disc, can't play and log out automatically!!

P.S. I'm live in Hong Kong

Does it play DVD discs OK? Please copy from the HS_Internal.log file a session where the Blu-ray playback fails and attach it to a post. The file is located at \(My) Documents\DVDFabPlayer\.. It is a text file that you can open with Notepad to read and edit.

cannot play DVD too, only 1 second movie play and freeze, sounds going on but screen freeze ,also cannot logout and need to force power off my MAC.

Sorry, I'm a PC. Your log does not look right, but it may be normal for Mac. One of the QA Team will need to check this for you I think.

Please delete the DVDFabPlayer folder under /Users/user name/Documents. Launch Player, register again and try other discs. It's may be the special disc(AUGUST RUSH
), which causes this issue.
