First let me say that I also tested another 35 original BD (2D) discs which worked fine, so initially not "50 %" did not work at all with 2.2.6.0, but only 34 %.

2.2.6.0 -> loads for some time, then the program crashes.
2.2.7.2 -> menu loads now, but still glitches when operating the Audio or Special Features menu: program crashes.

2.2.6.0 -> shows an intro, then hangs forever with a black screen.
2.2.7.2 -> the initial disc language request (8 entries) is unvisible - but you can still hit a selection, then the main menu loads and is fully operational. (little difference to hardware player: before the language request is a Paramount logo trailer, which misses when played with FabPlayer)

DVDFab Media Player v2.2.7.2 is much better than v2.2.6.0 (and even unofficial v2.2.7.0).
But some serious problems regarding BD-J remain:
1. Black screen in some cases.
2. DVDFab player doesn't like two level BD-J menu (Alien Anthology [2-in-1: Theatrical & Director's Cut/Special Edition] {6-Disc Edition} (1979/1986/1992/1997) Blu-ray) - there are not items to select in 2nd level menu.

So, no crash report to send. But more fixes are still needed. Jftr, also checked The Butler, Thor: The Dark World, and Ender's Game, which worked without a problem.
