    Not seeing or opening disk

    I just put the new DVDFab Passkey 8 on my new Windows 10 computer... on my old computer the software would open the Blu Ray when it's inserted. Here it doesn't do anything when I insert the Blu Ray... in INFO it says Disc media: Unknown, Disc is not opened. Tried another disk, says NO DISK! It is there!

          All, there will be an updated version of Passkey out later, please try it and report the results. Remember to install it using the As Administrator option.

            Sorry I'm confused. It looks like there are two different softwares, DVDFab and Passkey. I have only installed Passkey (but the name is DVDFabPasskey). Is that all I need to update when the new version is available? Thanks.

                  I just rented Skyscraper DVD and put in DVD 10.2.1.6 and it won't open? any ideas? Patch??

                    Hi,

                    Can the disc show in Windows Explorer?

                    Please try to uninstall the drive from Device Manager and see the result.
