    "Fallen" won't open

Passkey won't open "Fallen." I put in another blu ray and it opened just fine. I can't find any other issues on the forum for this disc. Any suggestions? I just did the update as well.

You should try cleaning the disc first thing, window cleaner and a lint free cloth usually does the trick for me.
How to post the internal log

If the cleaning does not help, attach the Passkey internal log to a post. Instructions for this are linked in my sig, below. There are at least 3 movies with this same title. Please tell us which (1,2 or 3 or other) that you have.

I always clean them first so that isn't the issue. Here is the log. My movie is #2. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. Since your log session is incomplete, please tell us which version of Passkey you are using and the disc ID, which should also be in the log somewhere.

            Hi,

From the log file, the disc does not have the protection. And seems like that there is a little problem with the Blu-ray structure.

BTW, how do you get the disc? It's the copied disc or the original disc?

            Thanks!

            Wilson

This is an original disc. I have version 9.2.2.6, just updated a few days ago. I ran it through Passkey again and compared the log to another blu ray. I see a disc type and Passkey version listed in that log but it does not come up with this disc. What I sent is the entire log. DVD Fab 10 won't open it either. It appears 123Copy DVD is opening it however. Trying to save it as an ISO image now.

                Hi,

Please copy out all the files from the original disc except the *.m2ts files (please zip them) and attach the .zip file here, thanks!
