Video Downloader Plug-in Youtube downloader stopped working

is there a reason youtube downloader is not working or is it a problem on my system? it worked a week ago

I am sure there is a reason but I do not know what it is at present. It is not working for me either, I just get the spinning circle of dots. I will report it to the QA Team.

I've updated latest DVDfab 9.2.05 + latest video download plugin.

When click to download button, VideoDownloader.exe crashed.

My environment is Windows 7 Professional (64bit).

Did you use Windows Classic theme? Video donwload crash when using Windows Classic theme.

Please change to Aero theme and try again.

Windows Classis Crash

Tried the change from Windows Classic to Aero and the videodownloader.exe works. Seems odd that the Windows Theme could make a program crash. Has anyone had this problem in Windows 10?

Windows 10 doesn't come with the classic theme you have to go to some length to get it. I have no problem with W10.

pushed skip on update....how to get downloader update now?

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain however I pushed skip on the downloader program last week. I was planning on updating on a later date however I'm having the same issue of the video play back.

I just updated to the new dvdfab v9.2.1.4 thinking this would resolve the issue however no luck. I have also look everywhere on the forums to find a link to download the new downloader version but with no aval.

How can I obtain the new update after pushing skip?

Need uninstall DVDFab and re-download the new Video Downloader if selecting Skip the new update.

I am not able to get youtube vidz. Everything is up to date. I'm running Win10.

Could the issue have to do with opening ports in my network?

Please advise on either:

• Process to downloading in converter
• What ports to open in network (if necessary)
