Problem with 11.0.8.6

    Problem with 11.0.8.6

    Hello, I have been using DVD Fab successfully up until today when I updated to version 11.0.8.6 and now I cannot copy any discs.

    I have tried both UHD & BD discs and have tried both Full Disc and Main Movie and cannot successfully copy any oth them. It goes through the full rip OK to 100%, but then crashes out as it tries to close the session. I have tried rebooting and shutting down and starting up the computer (Windows 10 Professional PC 64 bit) but the problem continues.

    I believe that this is a problem with version 11.0.8.6 as I still have version 11.0.8.4 on my laptop and all the discs that will not copy on my main PC running 11.0.8.6 work absolutely fine on the laptop with 11.0.8.4

    Because I just update rather that download each version, I do not have previous versions to access, therefore could you help by:

    a) provide a link so that I can download version 11.0.8.4 to get my main PC working, or:
    b) Let me know how I can rollback the programme to version 11.0.8.4

    I look forward to hearing from you with a solution to my problem.

    Please do not place logs in the message area of a post, I have deleted it. Please attach the DVDFab internal log from one of the sessions that had this problem.

        You attached the wrong log file. The one needed is named "dvdfab_internal.log"

        It's in the same folder as the log you attached.

            Same Problem.

            I have 2 computer
            the one on windows 10 1903. It's work fine.

            But the another one on windows 10 1809. It gets same problem.

              No problem on verion 11.0.8.5

                      The developer is working on the issue. Regarding BD Copy Full Disc/Main Movie mode, if you have the same issue, please use v11.0.8.5 for now. Sorry about it.
